Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Arabian Gymnastics Club website at arabiangymnastics.com, including any bookings or purchases made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website itself. Membership, class attendance and coaching are governed by our separate membership terms and Welfare & Safeguarding policy, which you agree to when registering a child for classes.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems
Use any content from the site for commercial purposes without our permission

We may suspend or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time.

Bookings and payments

Where you book a camp, class place, or purchase merchandise through our online shop:

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable
Payment is taken at the time of booking through our secure payment processor
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking, for example where a class or camp is full or has been cancelled, in which case we will offer a full refund

Cancellations and refunds

Camps and one-off bookings: cancellations made 48 hours before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this point may not be refundable, except where we cancel the camp or class
Class membership: cancellation and notice terms for ongoing class places are set out in our membership terms, provided at registration
Where we cancel a class, camp or event, we will offer a full refund or, where possible, an alternative date

Photography and video

Photography and video may be taken during classes, camps and display events for use on our website, social media and promotional materials. Parents and guardians can indicate their preference on this at registration. If you wish to withdraw consent for a specific image, contact us and we will remove it where reasonably possible.

Physical activity and liability

Gymnastics is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. While we take reasonable care to provide safe facilities, qualified coaching and appropriate supervision, we cannot guarantee that injury will not occur. Parents and guardians confirm at registration that their child is fit to participate, and disclose any relevant medical conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arabian Gymnastics Club is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in our classes and camps, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
