What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit our website, contact us, book a camp or class place, or buy anything through our online shop. It does not replace the separate registration and consent forms you complete when a child joins the club. Those forms set out how we handle your child’s data for the purposes of membership, coaching and safeguarding.

What data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in a contact or enquiry form
  • Booking and account details: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number, and order history when you book a camp or buy something through our shop
  • Payment information: our payment processor handles card details directly. We do not store full card numbers on our systems
  • Child-related information: where you register a child for a class or camp, we collect the child’s name, date of birth, and any medical or welfare information you provide, so we can run classes safely
  • Website usage data: pages visited, browser type, device type and general location, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools
  • Communications: any correspondence you send us by email, phone or through the website

Children’s data

Arabian Gymnastics Club works with children as part of our core activity. Where a child registers for classes or camps, a parent or guardian provides the necessary information and consent on their behalf through our registration process. We collect only the information needed to run classes safely, including relevant medical or welfare details, and we handle this information in line with our Welfare & Safeguarding policy, available on this website.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
